Any questions?
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. The kit works with a free Canva account. Some optional Canva elements may require Canva Pro, but everything in the kit can be edited for free.
How do I receive the kit?
Right after your payment is confirmed, we send an email with your personal access link. Click it, sign in to Canva and select "Use template". Canva creates your own copy to edit.
Can I add my logo and change the colors?
Yes. Every page has a space for your logo, and you can change colors, fonts and text to match your brand.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay $39.90 once per kit. There are no recurring charges.
Can I print the forms?
Yes. The pages are A4 and you can download them from Canva as PDF to print, or use them digitally.
I didn't get the email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, write to natalie@eiv-branding.com with the email you used at checkout and we will resend your access.
Which payment methods do you accept?

7-day refund
If the kit is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to natalie@eiv-branding.com. After a refund, access to the kit is closed.
License of use
Each purchase grants one individual license for use in your own professional practice. The kit may not be resold, shared, redistributed or offered as a template to third parties.
